Customs officers busted Snoop Dogg after they discovered pot on his person.
Snoop Dogg was fined for marijuana possession at the Kjevic Airport in Kristiansand, Norway earlier this morning.According to TMZ, Snoop was stopped at customs where officers discovered eight grams of weed. Cops state that anything less than 15 grams of marijuana is punishable by fine. Snoop was ordered to hand over 12,000 Norwegian Krone, which equates roughly to $1,980.13 in U.S. dollars.
Snoop was reportedly "cooperative" and took care of the fine. He is scheduled to perform tonight at the Hove Festival.
The arrest marks the first time he was pinched for marijuana. In January, he was arrested in Texas after police discovered marijuana on his tour bus.
